Because during your holidays you are looking for maximum comfort and relaxation and the most important thing for you is time.
In our holiday homes you will have more time to rest and relax because they are located directly on a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear water (ideal for swimming, snorkelling and letting children play), without any need to look for parking near the beach (and without additional costs).
You will have more time for yourself: you can go to the beach or come home at any time. You will feel safer in a quiet and exclusive private residence. In a holiday home with two outdoor terraces you will have plenty of space and "air to breathe", unlike a small hotel room. Our modern holiday homes offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday and you will also have our individual support before and during your holiday. Each house is fully air conditioned and equipped with every comfort (e.g. comfortable mattresses, washing machine, dishwasher, full HD television, Nespresso coffee machine, all kitchen utensils, etc.). You can use landline WiFi for streaming or online meetings/teleworking.

Our two holiday homes are officially registered in the municipality of Manduria (Taranto).
We have been renting our holiday homes for over 10 years and hosted more than 100 very satisfied families and couples who have been our guests.
Through this site we offer the possibility of booking in complete safety and directly from the owner at the best price and conditions; without any intermediation costs and therefore without additional costs that would exist through other platforms.

If you accept our offer, we will send you a rental contract.
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. Only additional costs and the deposit will be charged on site.

Generally it is possible to check-in starting from 4.00 pm and check-out until 10.00 am.
However, we offer the possibility (subject to availability) of early check-in and late check-out.

Before your arrival we will ask you approximately your estimated time of arrival. Our on-site manager will welcome you upon your arrival and give you the keys.
At the time of check-in, all the most important information about the house will also be communicated.

Each of our two holiday homes has an assigned parking space within the private residence.
This means that your car can be parked safely.
For maximum convenience, a remote control is available for the entrance gate to the residence.

We will be happy to provide you with a baby bed free of charge.
The Chicco "Easy Sleep" children's bed is equipped with an extra mattress and is suitable for children up to 4 years.

Out of respect for our customers with animal allergies, pets are not allowed.

Both holiday homes are non-smoking homes.

No, our holiday homes are not suitable for events or parties.

• Flying to Brindisi (BDS) - then about 60 km by car (about an hour's drive)
